Common examples
Roughly where cases tend to fall.
Standard
- Your road is on the map but your house number is not
- Your address exists but the pin sits on the wrong plot
- A phase of the development is listed, yours is missing
Complex
- The road your house is on does not appear at all yet
- A previous correction attempt has already been rejected
- The development is numbered in a way that needs untangling
One payment. No repeat fees. We’ll continue making reasonable correction attempts until your legitimate address is recognised, provided Google continues to offer a correction process and you provide any evidence we reasonably need.
Pricing questions
Can you guarantee my address will be added?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who says otherwise. Google decides whether and when a correction is accepted. What we can do is prepare the strongest accurate submission, submit it properly and keep working the case. One payment. No repeat fees. We’ll continue making reasonable correction attempts until your legitimate address is recognised, provided Google continues to offer a correction process and you provide any evidence we reasonably need.
What is the difference between Standard and Complex?
Standard covers most new-build homes where the road already exists and the address or pin needs adding or correcting. Complex covers cases needing more work - a missing road, a previous rejection, or more than one likely correction. You do not need to work this out yourself: start with the free address check and we will tell you which applies.
What happens if Google rejects the correction?
A rejection is not the end of the case. We review why it is likely to have been rejected, strengthen the submission where we can - often with additional evidence from you - and try again. There is no additional fee for further reasonable attempts on the same address.
Do I pay again if another correction attempt is needed?
No. It is a one-off payment, not a subscription. Further reasonable attempts on the same legitimate address are covered by the original fee.

AddressClerk is an independent service and is not affiliated with Google. Google ultimately controls whether and when map corrections are accepted.
